Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 2 c
- soft butter - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 tsp
- grated sharp cheese - 1 c
- spicy pork sausage - 1 lb
- to 3 slices white bread to cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan, no crust, cubed - 2 item
How to make sausage and egg casserole:
Brown crumbled sausage. Place bread in pan; brush cubes with butter. Sprinkle half cheese, then sausage alternately over bread. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
