Steamed cranberry pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- soda - 4 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- molasses - 1 c
- whipping cream - 1 c
- hot water - 2/3 c
- cranberries, cut in half - 3 c
- Steam in a large roaster for 1 1/2 to 2 hours
How to make steamed cranberry pudding:
Mix well and put in a greased angel food tin with foil over top. Steam in a large roaster for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Top with sauce.Butter Sauce:1 c. butter2 c. sugar1 c. whipping cream1/2 tsp. vanilla Melt butter and sugar in top of double boiler. Add cream and vanilla.
