Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- slices bread - 2 item
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- small onion - 1 item
- sausage - 1 lb
How to make sausage and egg casserole:
Brown sausage and onion. Drain. In bowl, mix eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Place crumbled bread in greased casserole. Put sausage and onion over bread. Pour eggs over sausage. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover and put in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 375° for 1 hour, uncovered.Recipe categories: Holiday, Breakfast, Casseroles.
