Sausage and egg casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, well beaten - 8 item
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- slices white bread, cubed - 6 item
- sausage, browned
How to make sausage and egg casserole:
Grease 9 x 12-inch pan. Place bread cubes in bottom of pan. Cook sausage until crumbled and drain. Cover bread with sausage, grated cheese and chopped onion. Mix milk, eggs and dry mustard. Pour over ingredients in baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake in 375° oven for 45 minutes. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes and uncover for last 15 minutes.
