Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- onion, diced - 1/4 c
- celery seed - 1 tsp
- celery, diced - 1 c
- green pepper, diced - 1 c
- pimento, diced - 3 Tbsp
- 2 1/2 can sauerkraut
How to make sauerkraut salad:
Drain kraut in colander for 15 minutes. Cut in 1-inch pieces. Place in large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Store covered in refrigerator at least 24 hours before serving. Will keep 2 weeks in refrigerator.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Salads, 3 steps or less.
