Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vinegar - 1/3 c
- salad oil - 1/3 c
- celery, diced - 1 c
- green pepper, diced - 1 c
- green onions, cut in small pieces - 1 c
- large can kraut, drain off liquid - 1 item
How to make sauerkraut salad:
Put sugar, vinegar and oil in small pan and heat until sugar is dissolved. Cool and pour over kraut, peppers, celery and onions. Mix thoroughly and place in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Salads, 3 steps or less.
