Sauerkraut salad

Ingredients/Components

• chopped onion - 1 c
• chopped celery - 1 c
• chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
• chopped pimento - 1/3 c
• 11 oz - 1 can

How to make sauerkraut salad:

Mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle over all 1 cup of sugar. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Mix well before serving.
