Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- seasoned bread crumbs - 1 item
- sauerkraut - 2/3 c
- Bob Evans bulk sausage - 1 lb
- regular bread crumbs - 1 item
How to make sauerkraut balls:
Mix first four ingredients together. Add just enough bread crumbs so you can roll mixture into balls, then roll balls in regular bread crumbs. Bake in 350° oven for 1/2 hour, then put under broiler for 10 minutes. These freeze well.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Pork.
