Salmon pasta salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- garlic clove, minced - 1 item
- fresh lemon juice - 1/3 c
- can salmon
- medium cucumber, sliced - 1 item
- head lettuce, torn - 1 item
- small red onion, sliced - 1 item
- quartered cherry tomatoes
- spiral pasta, cooked, drained - 8 oz

How to make salmon pasta salad:
In large bowl, toss the pasta, salmon that has been rinsed (bones and skin removed), tomatoes, cucumber and onion.Dressing: Mix oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over pasta. Cover and chill. Serve over lettuce. Yield 6-8 servings.Recipe categories: Salads, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
