Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 2 oz
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • parsley - 1 item
  • small onion - 1 item
  • horseradish - 2 tsp
  • large can red salmon - 1 item
  • crackers of choice - 1 item
  • small bag walnuts - 1 item

How to make salmon party log:

Mix salmon and cream cheese in a bowl by hand. Dice 1 small onion and mix. Add salt, horseradish and lemon juice. Mix until all is blended.

Put in a flat dish and shape like a log. Put in refrigerator overnight; then dice nuts and parsley together. Put all over log of salmon. Add crackers around dish and serve.
