Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- can salmon - 1 oz
How to make salmon loaf:
Drain juice and remove bones from salmon. Break up salmon in bowl. Add bread crumbs and milk; mix well. Distribute butter bits throughout. Add salt and pepper. Mix. Place in greased loaf pan. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Bake at 400° for 1/2 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
