Chili rellenos
Ingredients/Components
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- salt optional - 1/2 tsp
- ground meat
- onion - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- can refried beans - 1 item
- cans chopped green chillies - 2 item
How to make chili rellenos:
Topping:1 1/2 c. milk1/4 c. flour4 eggs, beaten1/2 tsp. salt Brown ground meat with onion and drain excess fat. Add refried beans and mix. In casserole dish, put 1 can green chillies on bottom. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with 1/2 meat mixture. Repeat with another layer. Combine all topping ingredients and pour over casserole.
