Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- large egg - 1 item
- chopped scallions - 1/3 c
- fresh bread crumbs - 2 c
- each salt and pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can pink salmon, drained and flaked - 1 15
How to make salmon cakes:
Thoroughly mix all ingredients except oil. With water moistened hands, shape in 8 patties, using 1/4 cup mixture for each. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add patties and cook about 3 minutes per side, until golden brown. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
