Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- grated onion - 2 tsp
- lemon pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Accent - 1/4 tsp
- can red or pink salmon - 1 3/4
- seafood seasoning salt - 1/4 tsp
How to make salmon ball:
Drain, flake and remove bones and skin from salmon. Add lemon juice and other seasonings, mix well. Stir in salmon and mix well. Place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until thoroughly chilled. Shape into ball. Can be used immediately or wrap and keep in the freezer for later.Variation: Use tuna instead of salmon.
