  • cream cheese
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • finely chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped green onion - 2 Tbsp
  • hot sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • can salmon - 1 item

How to make salmon ball:

Soften cream cheese. Drain liquid from salmon. Combine ingredients. Form into ball and chill. Serves well with most crackers.
