Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 1/2 3/4
- lean ground beef - 1 lb
- black pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make salisbury steak:
Combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, egg, onion, salt and pepper; form into patties and put in a skillet. Combine water and soup; pour over patties. Cover and simmer for 40 minutes. Delicious!Recipe categories: Time to make, < 30 mins, Oamc/freezer/make ahead.
