Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- liquid smoke - 1 Tbsp
- ground chuck - 2 lb
- powdered garlic - 1 tsp
- powdered onion - 1 tsp
- peppercorn or ground pepper coarse - 1 tsp
- Morton Quick tenderizer - 1 Tbsp
How to make salami:
Mix ingredients well. Wrap in a 12 x 14-inch size sheet of foil, shiny side out. Refrigerate 24 hours. Punch holes in bottom of foil and place on rack of oven. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325°.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Meat, Beef.
