Russian cream
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream
- cold water - 1/2 c
- plain gelatin - 2 Tbsp
- half and half cream
How to make russian cream:
Heat cream with sugar; soak gelatin in cold water; combine with hot cream. Cool until slightly thickened. Whip sour cream and vanilla and combine as first mixture congeals. Pour into ring mold. Chill until firm. To serve, unmold on serving dish aRecipe categories: Desserts, Russian, European.
