Ingredients/Components
- cocoa - 2 Tbsp
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- rum - 1/4 c
- finely chopped nuts - 1 c
- vanilla crumbs
- light corn syrup or substitute honey - 3 Tbsp
How to make rum balls:
Mix ingredients with hands. Make into small balls. Roll into additional confectioners sugar. Store in tightly closed plastic bag or covered container. They may be rolled into confectioners sugar again after storage (if desired). Very good.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
