Ingredients/Components
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- butter - 4 oz
- cocoa - 2 Tbsp
- confectioners sugar - 8 oz
- shredded coconut - 2 Tbsp
- sultanas or any other dried fruit - 1/2 c
- rum, brandy or whiskey - 2 Tbsp
How to make rum balls:
Mix softened butter. Add sifted sugar, then all other ingredients and mix well. Put into refrigerator to harden a little. Roll into small balls and ice with chocolate icing or roll in chocolate sprinkles or coconut.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
