  • flour
  • water - 1/2 c
  • cream - 1/2 c
  • white sugar
  • rhubarb, cut - 2 c
  • nutmeg for sprinkling over pie - 1 item

How to make rhubarb custard pie:

Cut rhubarb into small pieces, put in pie shell. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over rhubarb. Sprinkle top with nutmeg. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then at 325° until set.
