Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- flour
- water - 1/2 c
- cream - 1/2 c
- white sugar
- rhubarb, cut - 2 c
- nutmeg for sprinkling over pie - 1 item
How to make rhubarb custard pie:
Cut rhubarb into small pieces, put in pie shell. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over rhubarb. Sprinkle top with nutmeg. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then at 325° until set.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
