Ingredients/Components
- can tomato sauce - 15 oz
- bay leaves - 2 item
- can green beans - 16 oz
- or 5 medium potatoes - 4 item
- round steak, cut into 6 pieces
How to make round steak casserole:
Brown round steak in skillet. Transfer pieces to casserole dish. Lay pieces of peeled, sliced raw potatoes on top of meat. Add bay leaves and can of tomato sauce. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Add green beans. Re-cover and bake 20 minutes more. Remove bay leaves before serving.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Steak.
