Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese
- chicken broth - 1 c
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- spaghetti
- to 6 chicken breasts - 4 item
- can of chicken soup - 1 item
- can of mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium onion, sauteed - 1 item
How to make rotel chicken:
Cook chicken and debone. Drain saving 1 cup broth. Cook spaghetti and drain. Saute onions. Cut cheese into cubes. Mix all together. Add salt to taste. Put in large baking dish. Put in preheated oven at 350° for 10 minutes until cheese melts.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
