Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 12 oz
- Velveeta cheese - 3/4 lb
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- green pepper - 1 item
- garlic powder to taste - 1 item
- can green peas - 1 item
- whole chicken, cooked and boned - 1 item
How to make rotel chicken:
Cook spaghetti (can add chicken bouillon to water to add flavor). Dice onion and green pepper and cook in oleo in skillet until tender. Melt Velveeta cheese in can of Ro-Tel tomatoes in saucepan. Put all ingredients in a large bowl and add peas, salt, pepper and garlic powder; mix well. Spray a 9 x 13-inch casserole pan with cooking spray.
