  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
  • minced onion - 1 Tbsp
  • Roquefort or Blue cheese - 1/3 c

How to make roquefort spread:

Soften Roquefort cheese and cream cheese; blend with mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, onion and lemon juice. A perfect dip for cauliflowerets.
