Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
- milk - 1 c
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- brown sugar
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1/4 tsp
- dry mustard - 3/4 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1/4 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- mayonnaise
- grated onion - 1/4 c
- parsley, chopped - 1 Tbsp
- ground smoked ham
How to make ham loaf:
Sauce:1/2 c. brown sugar1/4 c. vinegar3/4 tsp. dry mustard Sour Cream Dressing:1/2 c. mayonnaise1/2 c. sour cream1/4 c. prepared mustard1/4 tsp. lemon juice dash of salt Mix all ingredients, except sauce and sour cream dressing. Shape mixture into loaf and bake 40 minutes in 350° oven. Add sauce, basting frequently, and bake 1 hour longer. Serve sliced with sour cream dressing.
