How to make roast pork tenderloin:

Marinade:1/4 c. honey2 Tbsp. Oriental hoisin sauce2 Tbsp. soy sauce1 Tbsp. minced garlic1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger root Mix all marinade ingredients in a 1 gallon size zipper-type food storage bag. Peel away any "silvery skin" from the pork tenderloin. Add tenderloin to marinade. Seal bag and turn to coat evenly. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to 6, turning bag occasionally. Heat oven to 400°. Line a broiler pan with foil. Grease broiler pan rack. Remove tenderloin from marinade (discard marinade) and place on rack. Roast 20 minutes or until meat is done (160° on meat thermometer).
