  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • sticks oleo - 2 item
  • Parmesan cheese - 1 item
  • cooked chicken - 3 4
  • chicken broth - 1 c
  • cream of chicken soup - 1 c
  • stacks Ritz crackers - 2 item

How to make ritzy chicken:

Crush 1 stack of crackers and mix with 1 stick of oleo (melted). Spread in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Layer chicken over crackers. Mix broth, soup and sour cream. Pour over chicken. Cover top with 1 stack of crushed crackers.

Pour 1 stick of melted oleo over this. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Place foil over pan the last 15 minutes.
