  • can sweetened condensed milk - 1 item
  • Ritz crackers - 1 item
  • finely chopped dates - 1 c

How to make ritz cracker cookies:

Cook together sweetened condensed milk and dates until thick, stirring frequently. Add the chopped nuts. Spread on the Ritz crackers. Bake 8 minutes at 350°. Cool and frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
