Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 qt
- nutmeg - 1 item
- small box raisins - 1 item
- washed rice - 1/2 c
How to make rice pudding:
Combine milk, rice, sugar and vanilla; put in casserole. Bake at 300° for 2 hours. Fifteen minutes before done, stir in raisins; sprinkle nutmeg on top. Yield: 8 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Rice.
