Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 2 Tbsp
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- raisins - 1/4 c
- rice, cooked - 1 c
- large can evaporated milk - 1 item
How to make rice pudding:
Mix rice and butter; let melt, then mix all of the above. Mix well; top with nutmeg. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Crushed pineapple may be added if desired.
