Ingredients/Components

• milk - 1 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 1 c
• butter - 1 Tbsp
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• egg, beaten - 1 item
• cooked rice - 1 c

How to make rice griddle cakes:

Mix rice, milk, butter, well-beaten egg and salt. Gradually add and stir in the well-sifted flour and baking powder. Mix well. Spoon out and bake on hot, slightly greased griddle.
