Rhubarb marmalade
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 c
- nuts - 1 c
- orange juice - 3/4 c
- grated orange rind - 2 Tbsp
- rhubarb - 4 c
How to make rhubarb marmalade:
Simmer until sugar dissolves. Turn up heat and boil 20 minutes or until thick. Just before it is done, put in nuts. Seal in jars.Recipe categories: Fruit, Condiments, etc., Jams and preserves.
