Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- water - 1 c
- confectioners sugar - 1 lb
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- peanut butter - 1/2 c
- oleo - 1/4 lb
- Crisco oil - 1/2 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- Add milk, eggs and vanilla
How to make peanut butter cake:
Mix flour, sugar and soda. Add milk, eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Add to peanut butter mixture. Pour into jelly roll pan or an 11 x 17-inch cookie sheet. Spray pan with Pam or grease and flour. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.Frosting:1/4 lb. oleo1/3 c. milk1/2 c. peanut butter1 lb. confectioners sugar1 tsp. vanilla Bring oleo, milk and peanut butter to a boil. Remove from heat.
