Rhubarb juice
Ingredients/Components
- water - 7 qt
- white sugar - 6 c
- frozen orange juice - 16 oz
- frozen lemonade - 12 oz
- tropical punch Kool-Aid - 2 pkg
- steamer full rhubarb - 1/2 item
How to make rhubarb juice:
Cut rhubarb into 4-inch pieces; put in steamer. While rhubarb is steaming, mix rest of ingredients in a kettle and heat. Add rhubarb juice as taken off of steamer. Bring to near boiling point. Put into hot jars and seal.One batch equals 10 quarts. Use one 5-pound bag sugar for double batch.
