How to make rhubarb juice:
Fill 4-quart kettle half full with cut up rhubarb, then fill with water. Bring to a boil. Let stand 1/2 hour, then drain. (This can be canned.) Add the rest of the ingredients.Recipe categories: Low protein, Fruit, Drinks.
