  • granulated sugar - 1/2 c
  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • confectioners sugar - 5 Tbsp
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • finely chopped rhubarb - 2 c

How to make rhubarb dessert:

Bottom Crust: Blend together flour, confectioners sugar and butter in bowl; press into a 7 x 11-inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°.

Topping: Combine well beaten eggs with sugar, flour and salt. Fold in chopped rhubarb. Spoon onto crust. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
