Rhubarb custard
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- milk
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
- sliced rhubarb - 4 c
How to make rhubarb custard:
Beat eggs. Add milk. Mix and stir in sugar, flour and nutmeg. Mix in rhubarb. Spray dish or grease. Dot top of mixture with butter. Bake about 1 hour at 400°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Low protein, Low sodium.
