Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- oleo, softened - 1/2 c
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- oats - 3/4 c
- rhubarb
How to make rhubarb crunch:
Topping:3/4 c. flour3/4 c. oats3/4 c. brown sugar1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/2 c. oleo, softened In medium bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar and cinnamon. Add oleo to make a crumbly topping. Preheat oven to 375°. Grease 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Cut rhubarb in 1/2-inch slices (about 4 cups). Place in baking dish. In small pan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir in water. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and pour over rhubarb. Sprinkle on topping. Bake 30 to 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, American.
