- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- brown sugar - 2 c
- soda
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1 c
- oatmeal - 2 c
- chopped, raw rhubarb - 8 c
How to make rhubarb crunch:
Topping:1 tsp. soda1 tsp. baking powder1 c. melted butter2 c. oatmeal1 1/2 c. flour2 c. brown sugar Butter a 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Mix first 5 ingredients and spread evenly in pan. Mix topping until crumbly and spread evenly on first layer. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes, until the topping is nicely browned.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, American.
