Rhubarb coffee cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• milk - 1/3 c
• flour - 2 c
• brown sugar - 1/2 c
• oil - 1/2 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• nuts optional - 1/4 c
• cloves - 1/4 tsp
• white sugar - 4 Tbsp
• allspice - 1/4 tsp
• salt scant - 1 tsp
• fresh rhubarb, cut in 1/2-inch pieces - 2 c

How to make rhubarb coffee cake:

Topping:2/3 c. flour1/2 c. brown sugar4 Tbsp. white sugar1/4 c. nuts (optional) Mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle on topping. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan or makes 20 cupcakes.
