Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/3 c
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- nuts optional - 1/4 c
- cloves - 1/4 tsp
- white sugar - 4 Tbsp
- allspice - 1/4 tsp
- salt scant - 1 tsp
- fresh rhubarb, cut in 1/2-inch pieces - 2 c
How to make rhubarb coffee cake:
Topping:2/3 c. flour1/2 c. brown sugar4 Tbsp. white sugar1/4 c. nuts (optional) Mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle on topping. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan or makes 20 cupcakes.Recipe categories: Breads, Fruit, Coffee cakes.
