  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • butter or margarine - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
  • rhubarb - 2 3

How to make rhubarb cake:

Topping:1/2 c. sugar1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 c. chopped walnuts Cream sugar and butter. Then add vanilla, eggs and milk. Blend. Add salt, baking soda and flour. Mix. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with sugar, cinnamon and nut mixture. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
