Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar
- soda - 1 tsp
- margarine - 1/2 c
- sour milk or buttermilk - 1 c
- or more cut up rhubarb
How to make rhubarb cake:
Cream the first 3 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients except rhubarb and beat 2 minutes. Add rhubarb. Place in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle top of batter with 1/2 cup sugar and 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon mixed together. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
