  • sugar - 1 c
  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • flour - 1 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • chopped rhubarb - 2 c

How to make rhubarb cake:

Blend the first 5 ingredients together with a mixer. When well blended, stir in 2 cups chopped rhubarb. Pour into well-greased 9 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle with 1 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
