- brown sugar
- butter - 1/2 c
- shortening - 1/2 c
- oatmeal - 1 c
- fresh rhubarb, cut - 3 c
How to make rhubarb butter crunch:
Topping:1 c. brown sugar1 2/3 c. flour1/2 c. shortening1 c. oatmeal1/2 c. butter Mix rhubarb, granulated sugar and 3 tablespoons of flour. Put into baking dish. Topping: Mix ingredients together with fork and sprinkle on top of rhubarb.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Bar cookie.
