  • can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained - 1 oz
  • mashed potatoes - 3 4
  • diced, cooked corned beef - 2 c

How to make reuben casserole:

Warm potatoes slightly to soften them. Place in a bowl with sauerkraut and green onion. Mix well. Spoon 2/3 into a greased 3-quart baking dish. Cover with the corned beef and cheese. Top with remaining potato mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, u
