- milk
- 8 oz - 2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- prepared mustard - 3 Tbsp
- margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
- cans sauerkraut, drained - 2 oz
- corned beef, crumbled - 1 (12
- cans cream of chicken soup or 2 cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- rye bread crumbs, toasted - 3/4 c
How to make reuben casserole:
In a bowl, mix condensed soup, milk, onion and mustard until blended. In a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish; spread drained sauerkraut. Top with uncooked noodles.
