Ingredients/Components
- caraway seed - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- Swiss cheese - 8 oz
- noodles - 6 8
- can corned beef - 1 item
- large tomatoes - 5 item
- sauerkraut - 16 oz
- rye bread crumbs - 1 item
- Layer well drained sauerkraut, sliced corned beef and sliced tomatoes
How to make reuben casserole:
Place cooked noodles in buttered casserole. Layer well drained sauerkraut, sliced corned beef and sliced tomatoes. Cover with mayonnaise. Next, lay on the Swiss cheese.
