Reuben casserole
Ingredients/Components
- dry mustard - 4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- Swiss cheese - 8 oz
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- can corned beef - 1 oz
- cooked noodles - 8 oz
- drained sauerkraut - 1 qt
- rye bread crumbs - 1/2 c
How to make reuben casserole:
Put sauerkraut on bottom of dish or pan. Add noodles. Mix soup, mustard and mayonnaise. Spread over noodles. Add onions, corned beef and cheese.Sprinkle with bread crumbs, cover with foil and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Use a 9 x 12-inch pan.
