Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 1 pkg
- paprika - 1 item
- prepared horseradish - 1 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 3 Tbsp
- caraway seed - 1 tsp
- large potatoes - 4 item
- garlic clove, minced - 1 item
- green onions - 3 Tbsp
- Swiss cheese - 1/2 c
- can sauerkraut - 1 item
- cooked corned beef - 2 c
How to make reuben baked potatoes:
Bake the potatoes at 425° for 45 minutes. Cool. In bowl, combine the corned beef, sauerkraut and caraway seed. Cut potatoes, leaving shells intact. Mash potatoes with cream cheese. Stir into corned beef mixture. Mound potato mixture into shells.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Potato, Main dish.
